Job Summary: The Branch Coordinator – Logbook Finance Product will build a sizeable high quality portfolio of loans to customers under the Logbook Finance Product.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research market trends and analyze competitor performance to develop effective sales strategies for the assigned product. Achieve set sales and collections targets.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements for the assigned product.
- Ensure compliance with company and country regulations for all staff under supervision.
- In charge of recruitment and retention of Sales Agents.
- Provide mentorship and training to Team Leaders and Sales Agents for the assigned Branch.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a financial institution.
Competencies:
- Sales Management Skills; Recruitment; Promotional Skills; Account Management; Customer Service; and Entrepreneurship.
- Leadership and supervisory skills (Experience in managing a team of not less than 20 people)
- Knowledgeable about secured loans
