Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate, control and monitor to the Inspection Engineering for Tilenga, including the supervision of MIE contractor work,
• Prepare, ensure the correct execution and reporting of the baseline inspection of the facilities from Pre-commissioning,
• Establish, maintain and update the asset register complete with relevant data, attributes, history, etc.
• Ensure the proper identification and implementation of SECE in CMIMS,
• Maintain, update and ensure that each asset is having the valid assessment, inspection planning and valid inspection scope,
• Maintain, update and ensure to have the required relevant referential for all relevant inspection works,
• Identify, prepare and provide all necessary resources, internally and externally, required for shutdown inspection works,
• Ensure the proper implementation for the working systems, i.e. RBI tools and SAP used within the department,
• Identify and implement special tooling (including digital mobility solutions) and inspection equipment required to execute the inspection program,
• Perform inspection analysis through RBI tools and update individual equipment scope and planning accordingly,
• Prepare, update and follow-up the short and mid-term inspection planning in close coordination with relevant departments: Production, Maintenance, E&C, Logistics, etc…
• Ensure the correct method and procedures are implemented for the short and mid-term inspection program and activities,
• Prepare method and procedures required for special inspection intervention as required,
• Participate in the preparation of that Company Management System (CMS) documents related to Inspection and Corrosion Provide technical supports required by other team members for the short-term activities,
• Participate to the training of new members of Inspection and Corrosion entity and inspection trainees
• Prepare 18 months – 6 months – 8 weeks inspection look ahead schedule
• Prepare weekly/monthly/ annual and shutdown report with Inspection KPI’s

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• At least ten years of specific inspection and corrosion experience in oil, gas or petrochemical industry
• Minimum 3 years in Inspection method positions,
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy and/or Chemical Engineering,
• Very good knowledge in inspection methods, techniques and NDT,
• Very good knowledge in corrosion and process equipment failure modes
• Strong knowledge on international and COMPANY inspection references, codes and standards,
• Extensive knowledge in inspection working management systems: SAP, FAME+ Neo and RBI-P for RBI,
• Broad knowledge of computer applications and methods.
