Job Title: Senior Manager Supply Chain Management

Job Summary: The position is accountable for the direction, organization, and continuous improvement of all supply chain processes and activities not limited to demand and supply planning, procurement, Logistics and warehousing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop the supply chain strategies for the organization.
- Identify and manage risk within the supply chain by addressing tactical and strategic issues.
- Understand the needs of Internal stakeholders; maintain and develop positive business relationships with key personnel relevant to or directly involved in supply chain activities.
- Develop analytics and data management systems including metrics and reports
- Stay informed of advances in supply chain technology, approaches and apply within the organization to improve supply chain processes.
- Establish key performance indicators, monitor and improve ongoing performance.
- Develop, implement and improve systems, best practices, inventory control and other optimization measures to support growth of the organization
- Assess, evaluate and approve purchase orders and taxes.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Five to seven years of experience in Supply chain Management of a large organization preferably in a Telecom related industry
- SCM leadership and best practices applied.
- Proficiency in utilization of an ERP system in the supply chain process.
- Information Technology and Automation knowledge.
- Grasp of Market dynamics.
- People Management
- Ability to easily adapt to change and manage supply chain process flows.
- Decision Maker.
