MSF offers assistance to people based on need irrespective of race, religion, gender or Political affiliation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the installations of wired and/or wireless networks where needed as well as setup office equipment like printers, video conference system, Smart phones, CCTV Cameras among others
• Assisting the deployment of Windows 10, Office 365 among other software on office laptops
• Carry out assigned periodic preventive maintenance tasks on the ICT equipment.
• Provide support in updating ICT Documentations like Network maps, Asset inventories, User “How to” Procedures among others
• Assist in the support given to users to solve their ICT related problems.
• Assist in the testing and setup of VHF/HF/Satellite Communication devices
• Follow up ICT suppliers on products or services like Internet Installations, Printer/laptop repairs, Communication issues among others
• Generate Monthly reports on ICT activities

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant should be a fresh graduate with a Diploma in Information and Communications Technology or equivalent
• Competences/ Skills: Team worker, Pro-active, Flexible,
• Good written and Verbal communication, able to work With multicultural people.
• Language: English mandatory, French is a strong asset
