Job Title: Information and Communication Technology (I.C.T) Intern (Fresh Graduate Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the installations of wired and/or wireless networks where needed as well as setup office equipment like printers, video conference system, Smart phones, CCTV Cameras among others
- Assisting the deployment of Windows 10, Office 365 among other software on office laptops
- Carry out assigned periodic preventive maintenance tasks on the ICT equipment.
- Provide support in updating ICT Documentations like Network maps, Asset inventories, User “How to” Procedures among others
- Assist in the support given to users to solve their ICT related problems.
- Assist in the testing and setup of VHF/HF/Satellite Communication devices
- Follow up ICT suppliers on products or services like Internet Installations, Printer/laptop repairs, Communication issues among others
- Generate Monthly reports on ICT activities
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should be a fresh graduate with a Diploma in Information and Communications Technology or equivalent
- Competences/ Skills: Team worker, Pro-active, Flexible,
- Good written and Verbal communication, able to work With multicultural people.
- Language: English mandatory, French is a strong asset
