indigenous Christian NGO that offers General and HIV/AIDS medical services also
providing technical support for Ministry of Health Systems to scale up
comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services.

Job Summary:  The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will
mainly provide overall leadership in establishing & maintaining robust and
functional Monitoring & Evaluation and Data Management Systems for the
Mildmay Uganda PEPFAR funded and Related Projects. These technology-driven
monitoring, and reporting systems shall provide timely and high-quality
information for strategic and operational planning, results accountability,
documentation and learning for the supported projects and the organization.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·        
The
ideal candidate must hold a Bachelors Degree in Demography, Statistics, Social
Science or Dev’t Studies  with five years
of experience in M&E and Data Management , 2 years of which at Managerial
level. OR Masters degree/ postgraduate qualification in M&E, with 3 years
experience at Managerial level.

·        
Knowledge
in Research, Quality Assurance, & Advanced computer knowledge is of an
added advantage.
