their distinctive taste and flavour, and rich golden colour, have sweetened
dishes all over Uganda since the 1930s.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring continuously all the process parameters to ensure that
  all units are operating effectively and efficiently.
• Scrutinizing shift hand over reports to grasp the operational
  behavior of the process flow and checking on the physical condition of the
  plant and stock levels.
• Co-coordinating all process installations/equipment and thoroughly
  checking their operation to avoid distortions or contamination along the
  process levels.
• Checking promptly on equipment failures and contingency breakdowns
  and immediately communicate and coordinating with personnel concerned to
  expedite rectification. ‘
• Preparing shift hand over reports concerning all aspects of
  activities mandated

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• Applicants should be holders of Bachelors of degree in Mechanical
  Engineering obtained from a recognized University.
• Fresh Graduates willing to undergo a two year on-the job training
  are encouraged to apply.
• Age: 23 years and
  above
