Job Summary: The Temporary Finance Assistant will provide
support in clearing the backlog in mobile wallets payment and support the
re-filing of Finance vouchers and other documents retrieved for the internal
audit conducted in July 2018 and the just concluded USAID Finance review
purposes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the Finance officer in processing/ reviewing mobile wallets
Receive and verify invoices and requisitions
Keenly monitor and order finance office supplies and stationery
Maintain a filing system for all financial documents
Provide support in the scanning and photocopying of finance
documents for upload to Business world

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The applicant for PATH International Finance Assistant job placement
must hold a Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
Reliability and strong work ethics
Knowledge of MS Office and databases
Keen attention to detail
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
