Job Title:   Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Organization: Trust Builders & Civil Engineers Ltd
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
About US:
Trust Builders & Civil Engineers Ltd is currently implementing
various Construction Projects in different parts of Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for taking Site Measurements
    and preparation of Interim Payment Certificates
  • In charge of costing Bills of Quantities
  • Responsible for the preparation of Works
    Programmes
  • Preparation of tender documents
  • Preparation of Purchasing Schedules
  • Perform any other related duties assigned
    from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The Assistant Quantity Surveyor should
    hold an ordinary Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering from a
    recognized Institution.
  • Five or more years of practical experience
    gained from large organizations involved in implementation of big
    projects.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel,
    Microsoft Project, AutoCAD are essential.
