Job Summary: The Marketing
& Business Development Manager will be responsible for the development and
implementation of marketing strategies and business plans as approved by the
Board of Directors.

- Make sure that there is customer
satisfaction in terms of product quality and timely delivery - In charge of exploring all prospective
business opportunities so as to improve on the revenue base through
interaction with the customers and the public - Re- position UBC in the broadcasting
sector as a world class broadcaster by boasting the image of the
Corporation. - Responsible for translating different
products into revenue for the Corporation by Creating, developing and
implement marketing concepts and compiling marketing research priorities,
and carrying out promotions and research on product development through a
tested systems and structure. - Meet financial targets set by management
and preparing weekly and monthly sales statistics.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s
(Hons) Degree in any of the following: Commerce or Business Administration - Hold postgraduate qualification or
professional qualification in marketing - A minimum of ten years’ experience in a
busy marketing environment or related industry of which five years should
be at senior level.
