start out as Management Trainees and thereafter be deployed into the Fixed
Network and Commercial Departments.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- The ideal Graduate holds a first Class or
second class Upper Bachelors Degree in Statistics, International Business,
Business Administration, Business Management, Bachelor of Commerce,
Bachelor of Entrepreneurship & Small Scale Business, Bachelor of
Development Studies or related business courses - Possess Higher / Ordinary Diploma in
Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information
Technology, Computer Science and Computer Engineering - Excellent Computer Skills
- Possess basic understanding of the
Telecom Environment - All applicants must be graduates with or
without prior work experience - Networking skills and knowledge of CCNA.
- Hold a Valid driving permit
- The successful candidates must be
dynamic, self-driven and able to work under pressure, must be well
organized individuals with a results focus, can-do attitude, excellent
analytical and problem solving skills, in additional to the following; - High degree of enthusiasm and ability to
demonstrate quick-thinking - Be a committed team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication
skills - Excellent customer care skills
- Willingness to learn and ability to
coordinate multiple tasks efficiently - Highly flexible
