Reports to: Medical Officer in-charge
Organisation: AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF)
Job Location: Lukaya Healthcare Center & Masaka Healthcare Centre
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ordering drug stocks, any other related supplies and consumables for the centre including maintaining inventory.
  • Responsible for providing prescribed medication or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, occupational therapy or related therapeutic procedures; refills medication.
  • Provides the client/s with adequate information related the drugs and diagnosis, the condition being treated and course of action
  • Compiling and submitting periodic reports
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Diploma in Pharmacy Dispensing plus two to three years related experience. Additional training/experience in working with HIV/ AIDS related settings will be of an added advantage.
  • S(he) must have good communication and interpersonal skills; Good organizational and reporting skills. Must be fluent in both English and Luganda languages.
  • Must be registered with the respective professional council.
