Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
The Bible Society of Uganda is an equal opportunity employer . The overall objective of the position is for candidate to guide and to manage the overall provision of HR support in line with the organizational strategy.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a Human Resources Strategies that are aligned to the corporate strategy of the Bible Society of Uganda;
· Assist in the selection and recruitment process for the personnel of the organization;
· To give advice , guidance and support regarding HR matters to line managers so that they may adopt best HR practices across the organization;
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial /organizational behavior; OR
· Diploma in HRM , or Business Administration/HRM with five years experience at managerial level in managing Administration/hr corperate functions ; OR
· A relevant University degree with a post graduate studies in Human Resorurces , Organization and Human Relations , or Change Management
· Excellent coordination and organizational skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Good coaching and mentoring skills.
