collaboration with Mt. Sinai Hospital of New York, USA. The NGO is located in
Kyabiirwa, Jinja District and was started to offer charitable surgical services
to the Ugandan community.

Job Summary:  The Nursing Director will be supervising the
nursing staff and overseeing patient care as well as other administrative
functions. The incumbent will oversee the nursing teams working in the
operating rooms (instruments and equipment), recovery rooms, drug dispensing as
well as pre and post-operative teams. The jobholder will ensure timely,
efficient, ethical patient care and service delivery.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor of Nursing.
• Significant experience working as a nurse with experience in
  theatre.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Computer skills.
