Key Duties and Responsibilities: As a Stock Controller, you’ll play a vital role in the efficient operation of our M-KOPA retail hub. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inventory Management: Handle the receiving, allocation, and reconciliation of stock with high accuracy. Conduct weekly stock audits for indirect outlets assigned to you.
- Sales Support: Assist in stock allocation, support customers with product upgrades, and manage aged stock effectively.
- Reverse Logistics: Track and manage the return of stock to the warehouse, ensuring all procedures are followed, and documentation is completed accurately.
- Customer Service: Log and resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot device issues, manage in-warranty repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service.
- Retail Space Management: Keep our retail hub neat, clean, and visually appealing, ensuring marketing materials are in good condition and requesting replacements when necessary.
- Reporting: Provide daily reports on stock activities, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all records
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Excel Wiz: You’re comfortable with Excel and enjoy working with data.
- Eager to Learn: You have a positive attitude and a passion for growth and development.
- Customer Care or Stock Management Experience: You have experience in customer care or stock management. Bonus points if you have front-office experience!
- Educational Background: A college diploma or degree in any field is great.
- Sharp Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Team Player: You thrive in collaborative environments and work well with diverse teams.
