Job Summary: Gumamo Investments SMC Ltd seeks to recruit dynamic qualified professional person for the position(s) of a SALES MANAGER. The position reports to the General Manager and is based in Mubende Municipality-South division.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Manage and lead the sales team to ensure performance goals are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Coordinate with production and marketing teams to ensure product availability and promotional activities.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Experiences and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the beverage or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make. hellos.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

- Excellent inter-personal skills; demonstrating diplomacy and tact
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to deliver creative and participatory solutions
- Highly pro-active and self-disciplined
- Willing to travel to the field frequently
