We implement six programmes in thematic areas of Health, Education, Ultra-Poor Graduation, Emergency Preparedness and Response, Empowerment and Livelihood for Adolescents, and Financial Inclusion.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical guidance and leadership during ELA plus implementation of project activities under GPECM and Spotlight
  • Support in developing and implementing project work plans and budget lines with the approved project work plans and budget.
  • Support tracking, monitoring, evaluation and documentation of project outputs, outcomes, impact or results and work with other implementation partners and project staff to develop work plans
  • Network, coordinate and collaborate with other project implementing partners include Government stakeholders.
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
  • Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Support timely accountability for funds used to implement project in line with BRAC accounting policies and procedures and donor requirements.
  • Initiate regular, participatory assessments/feedback surveys with client communities.

Safeguarding Roles:

  • Read, understand, practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, SWASA, Development studies, or any relevant field with wide demonstrated relevant experience. Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and management is an added advantage, minimum of three to five years of experience in doing the related in managing social protection projects Youth projects, Gender projects and livelihood projects.
  • Experience working with youth and adolescent and good experience with different aspects of project management including; development, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, supervisory experience.
