Job Summary: One of our partners, a renowned hospitality brand in Uganda, is seeking a talented Front Office Supervisor to join their team!
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising front desk operations
- Training and developing staff
- Handling guest complaints
- Managing room inventory and assignments
- Collaborating with other departments
- Analyzing and improving front desk performance
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Three years in a similar role
- Expertise in Opera and other hotel systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- A passion for customer service
- Flexibility for varying shifts
