Job Title:   Local Area Representative (No Experience Fresh Graduate Jobs)

Job Summary: The Local Area Representative will drive sales volume and market share growth through increased Geographic coverage and outlet penetration as well as implementing digital strategy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achievement of sales and volume target/Sell out
• Drive market share in a given territory
• Compile daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit to management.
• Drive and maintain good Relationship with customers and consumers through Customer service
• Drive Consumer and Retail promotions as per promo plan and compile promo evaluations with clear Return on investment (ROI)
• Safeguard all company assets in the trade, Coolers, Brand houses, signages, phones
• Promote Digital Transformation.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of Diploma in a Business-related field
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills
• The ability to prioritize and effectively manage time.
• Analytical skills: They use data-driven analysis to evaluate own performance and take ownership of their opportunity pipelines.
• Experience in FMCG will be an added advantage
