Job Title:  District KP Field Officer – DREAMS (2 Fresher Job Vacancies)

About Organisation:

Lugazi Diocese with support from Makerere University Walter Reed project through a system strengthening approach to improve HIV and TB Prevention. care and treatment services is implementing a comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention Care and Treatment program in collaboration with Local Government structures. Faith Based Organizations. Community Based Organizations (CBO) Ministry of Health, Ministry of Gencer Labour and Social Development and other partners in the districts Of Buvuma, Mukono, Buikwe, Luwero and Nakasongola.

Job Summary: The Field Officer will work with HAG staff and partners (melody Goal Health Facilities and rural communities) to conduct community organizing activities expand work to new villages and Districts where need be, collect relevant data, and network with relevant officials

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

• A minimum of a Diploma in Information and Communication Technology, Statistics. Medical Records or any other related field
• A Degree is of an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to Speak Fluently in written and spoken English.
