Lugazi Diocese with support from Makerere University Walter Reed project through a system strengthening approach to improve HIV and TB Prevention. care and treatment services is implementing a comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention Care and Treatment program in collaboration with Local Government structures. Faith Based Organizations. Community Based Organizations (CBO) Ministry of Health, Ministry of Gencer Labour and Social Development and other partners in the districts Of Buvuma, Mukono, Buikwe, Luwero and Nakasongola.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Vocational Trainer to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs. The Vocational Trainer will provide instruction. guidance. and support to ensure earners acquire the skills, knowledge and competencies required for success in their chosen held,

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Relevant trade or occupational qualification and experience
• Experience in a vocational education and training (VET) setting.
• Knowledge of adult learning ecologies and practices.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and technologies Teaching or training qualification (e.g. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Ability to communicate and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Experience in assessment and evaluation
• Strong organisational and tine management skills
