Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support products and services marketing communications strategic planning.
- Manage product and services launches, campaigns and Budgets.
- Drive internal and external product awareness
- Offer continuous competitor marketing benchmarking & supporting research processes.
- Identify market opportunities and develop specific plans to achieve set goals in liaison with all business units.
- Oversee marketing communication development and execution for all products and business units.
- Monitoring & Evaluation of all business marketing activities to ensure ROI.
- To support sales activations and leads generation
- To identify, develop and manage bank’s sponsorships to ensure excellent execution & ROI.
- Any other assignment that may arise from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in B.COM (Marketing), Mass Communication on any other business-related course
- Professional Qualifications: CIM
- At least five years of experience with 2 years in Managerial Positions
