It also provides a raft of other services to expand the offering, including fleet management, geolocation, telematics and more.
Job Summary: The Sales Executive – Suzuki will grow business by identifying, understanding and meeting customer needs through effective selling of the Suzuki product range, maintaining relationships with new and existing customers while supporting in the day-to-day operations of the Division.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve Suzuki sales targets while delighting customers through penetration of new markets and retention of existing ones.
- Research and provide market analysis on competitive products by evaluating characteristics, pricing and activities.
- Customer prospecting, evaluate and qualify potential customers for the product to grow Suzuki sales.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your client accounts.
- Ensure sales documents and agreements are completed timely.
- Daily follow up with support departments on Work in Progress for the existing orders and share status updates.
- Manage daily vehicle quotations and invoicing in line with the company target achievement.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date effective customer database for business use.
- Manage daily and weekly status reports.
- Assist in special sales and Marketing events to enhance the Suzuki brand through extensive marketing, visibility and availability of Suzuki products in the market through participation in trade shows, exhibitions, networking with local associations to promote the products.
- Responsible for monitoring & regulating debtor days through enforcing timely debt collection for better liquidity flow.
- Follow up in-bound telephone inquiries, walk in prospects and digital inquiries within response Service Level Agreements.
- Leverage on available training to grow into an industry benchmark Sales professional, able to deliver a competent and enthusiastic presentation on all Suzuki products and their unique value proposition to the customer.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Sales/Marketing/related business field
- At least three years of experience in a sales and marketing role
Key competencies and skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages especially; Excel and PowerPoint.
- Product & automotive industry knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to listen, build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to create and maximize business opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
