Job Summary:   The Agriculture Department’s Nucleus Estate seeks a Supervisor-Upkeep to lead land preparation, ensuring timely execution of programs for optimal sugar cane yields. This role supervises seed cane programming, work time optimization, and agricultural practices from land prep to maturity.

 
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Crop Production and boasts two years of sugarcane field supervision experience.
