Job Summary: Malaria Consortium is recruiting for Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to join our team that will be conducting a pilot project to enhance routine malaria data quality and use for decision-making at district and Health Facility levels in Kotido and Oyam Districts, Uganda.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- An undergraduate degree in Statistics, Project Management, Public Health, Monitoring and Evaluation or a related subject.
- Proven experience with performance monitoring and evaluation for international or national development projects, including developing performance indicators, data collection and analysis.
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of data collection and data management systems
- Demonstrable experience in data analysis and evaluation
- Experience in translating data into accessible reports for diverse audiences
- Demonstrable experience conducting surveys
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Familiarity with the Ugandan health system
- Experience in writing project reports
- Experience conducting qualitative data collection and analysis
