Job Summary:  Reporting to the CEO, the Program Manager will be at the forefront of the era92 Elevate, and you will be in charge of every aspect of management. Era92 Elevate is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and innovate within our programs, driving growth and fostering development in our community.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the program including; organization of direct supports, person-centered planning, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, safety, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment.
• Oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of all programs. Develop strategic goals and objectives to ensure the effective delivery of services.
• Manage and mentor a team of dedicated staff and volunteers Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders and donors.
• Monitor program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.
• Lead the development of new initiatives to expand the reach and impact of era92 Elevate.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for areas of improvement
• Maintaining a safe, healthy, environment at era92 Elevate Observing and interacting with staff, participants, and other individuals, as necessary to ensure high quality of care for the participants and program services.
• Ensuring that documentation and record keeping requirements are met.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a specific industry-related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in program management, preferably within the non-profit or education sector.
• Demonstrating an understanding of skilling programs, budgeting and management of expenditures
• Demonstrating an understanding of skilling programs, budgeting and management of expenditures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Passion for social impact and community development.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask to meet deadlines
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
• Strong sense of purpose and self-driven
