Job Title: Customer Care Specialist

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and attend to customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Boda Boda Sales team and Customer Care Agents to resolve customer queries.
- Process customer loan applications and ensure timely loan disbursements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University
- A minimum of three years of experience in Customer Support.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Previous direct sales experience.
- Knowledge of logbook or consumer loan business.
Skills
- Demonstrate high integrity, work ethics, a proactive, and positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of confidentiality.
- Intermediate level technical skills working with MS Office.
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to manage stress in challenging situations.
