Job Summary:  We are seeking qualified and experienced Business Executives – Print/Digital who are stationed upcountry particularly in Mbarara, Kabale, Kabarole, Masaka, Mbale, Jinja, Soroti, Kapchorwa. Gulu, Lira, Arua and Masindi to source new business and service existing clients. The goal is to maximise revenue generation and collection to meet our business objectives.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively grow advertising business.
  • Coordinate Designing and approval of clients adverts.
  • Collect dues on advertising space sold on credit.
  • Maintain sales contacts with appropriate representatives of major advertisers and to follow-up and resolve any complaints.
  • Develop prospects of potential clients.
  • Coordinate supplements for NMGU clients.
  • Provide regular sales and collection reports to the Business Manager.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide feedback for customer satisfaction and growing client portfolio.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Academic: Basic University Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Professional: Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years Sales experience in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High drive for results
  • Very high personal standards
  • Good proposal writing skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Appreciation for numbers
  • Strong customer focus
  • Good planning and organizing skills
