Job Summary: We are looking for a Projects Quality Controller to manage teams of call center Agents and Call center KPIs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Call listening and giving feedback to Agents on how they can improve.
- Ongoing coaching and development of your team
- Taking call escalations and looking out over your team for when an Agent may need help.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Three years of experience working as a contact center representative. 2 years management experience in a contact center environment.
- At least 2 years’ experience working with a BPO company is an added advantage.
