Job Summary:  We are looking for a Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts and drive growth for Aviva Elite Developers. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a passion for innovation and a track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies. The Sales Executive will report to the CEO and work closely with other senior leaders to develop and execute sales plans that support Aviva Elite Developers’ mission and objectives.

 

We are seeking a talented, dynamic, driven and motivated creative Business Development Associate

 

As a Business Development Associate at Aviva, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our client base. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about real estate sales and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and promote the Built For You™ product.
  • Lead the sales team and foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, including real estate agents, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and objectives to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and align with client requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end proposal process, including bid management, proposal writing, and submission, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Drive the negotiation and closing of deals, working closely with clients to address any concerns and finalize contracts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business avenues and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and sales performance to the management team.
  • Be a team player and foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs for the sales team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adjust sales strategies and tactics as necessary.
  • Represent Aviva Elite Developers at industry events and conferences.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Experience in the construction industry or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is preferred.
