Job Title:  Credit Officer (7 Fresher Jobs)

Organisation: Rushere Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Limited

Duty Station: Kiruhura, Ibanda, and Mbarara, Sembabule, Kamwenge, Kyegegwa and Lyantonde, Uganda

Reports to: Branch Manager

 

About Organisation:

Rushere Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Limited is a registered SACCO in Rushere Town Council, Nyabushozi County, in Kiruhura District. It operates in the districts of Kiruhura, Ibanda, and Mbarara, Sembabule, Kamwenge, Kyegegwa and Lyantonde.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit clients and verify sources of income
  • Visit prospective members’ homes and businesses to assess creditworthiness
  • Recover loans and conduct routine loan monitoring




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course
  • One year of experience working in a financial institution
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Integrity
  • Communication skills
  • Result-oriented perseverance
  • Listening skills
