Job Summary: The Conservation Officer will analyze Retail Life premium and policy statuses on a daily and ensure that the portfolio is retained within the expected persistency levels through timely client engagement. The role holder will also be required to analyze all policy exit requests with a view of retaining the client before the request is executed.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service experience and satisfaction
- Timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- High policyholder satisfaction and retention rates.
- Effective policy servicing and administration.
- Successful implementation of retention strategies and campaigns.
- Well-maintained policyholder records and documentation.
Qualifications Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business or any other related course.
- Diploma in Insurance will be an added advantage
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in effectively resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
- Familiarity with insurance or financial products and services is advantageous

- Aptitude for identifying and resolving customer issues.
- Ability to listen attentively to customers and understand their needs.
- Flexibility to handle various customer situations and adapt to changing priorities.
- Thoroughness in maintaining accurate customer records and analyzing information
