The African Initiatives for Relief and Development (AIRD) is a non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-profit making organization with the main aim of protecting and seeking durable solutions for Refugees and IDPs in Africa in partnership with UNHCR the UN refugee agency.

 

Job Summary:  The Warehouse Clerk will ensure proper allocation and easy identification of parts in the warehouse ultimately timely delivery of parts to the sales team.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Toyota Warehouse standards & implement proper Ware house bin location in line with TMC 7 storage warehouse principles.
  • Receive parts in accordance with the laid down policies & procedures.
  • Accurately verify & timely binning of the received parts from suppliers.
  • Check, verify and bin all parts returned by customers in line with parts returns policy.
  • Accurately undertake picking of parts as per invoice details and timely delivery to the sales staff.
  • Accurate picking & packing of parts ordered by customers.
  • Up to date filing of invoices and pick slips records.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Active participation in all company activities.





Qualifications Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE)
  • One year of experience in Store/inventory Management
  • National Certificate/UVQF in Automotive Mechanics is an added advantage.
