Job Summary: The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any related field. Additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
• One to two years of experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
