We’re seeking talented Junior Developers to join our team as the company expands operations.
Job Summary: The company is searching for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive sales growth through new opportunity identification, client relationship building, and sales strategy execution. This role will be instrumental in expanding the client base and increasing revenue. This role entails driving company growth through identifying and securing new business opportunities via traditional sales methods and content marketing. You’ll be tasked with devising and implementing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and surpassing sales targets. The ideal candidate will drive business expansion by spotting opportunities, nurturing client connections, and advocating for our services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and objectives to effectively promote our services and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base. Present our products and services to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess market demand for our services.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of business development efforts with company goals and objectives.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to prospective clients. Customize proposals to address the specific needs and requirements of each client.
- Networking and Events: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s brand and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
