Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial statements.
- Monitor inventory levels, reconcile inventory records, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory management processes and minimize stock shortages or excesses.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review and decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business operations and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline accounting and inventory management procedures and implement best practices.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least two years of relevant experience in accounting and inventory management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in accounting software Quick books or Zoho books preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with solar energy industry terminology and concepts (preferred).
