Job Summary:  The Sales Attendants will be responsible for
influencing existing or potential customers to actively participate in our
services. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s
clientele. We are looking for enthusiastic salespeople to generate sales in a
fast-paced environment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicants should hold Diplomas in
    any field. Degrees an added advantage
  • Young, Enthusiastic, Fresh Graduates
    20-35 years of age
  • Previous experience working in similar
    Sales/Customer Service role is a plus
  • Experience in Gaming Industry is a plus.
  • Must be professional, Well Disciplined
    and Presentable
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation
    and Communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Trustworthy, Honest and Credible  
  • Be professional, friendly and
    persuasive.
  • Be able to understand the customers’ requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
  • Be patient and cool-tempered to deal
    with aggressiveness and complaints.
  • The ability to drive sales and achieve
    the target
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
    applications
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with
    complaints.
  • Persistent and results-oriented.
  • Patient and able to handle customer
    rejection.
  • Must have strong work ethics and
    willingness to learn in all aspects of the position.
  • Should possess good personal integrity,
    with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Should be a team player and very
    flexible to work in a dynamic and often hectic environment.
  • The successful candidates must be
    willing to work in their hometowns all across Uganda.
