Job Summary: Join a new start-up firm as an Account Executive. Our client, a company located in Kampala, is a provider of comprehensive advertising and brand visualization services, specializing in commercial printing, fabrication, woodwork, and garments/textile processing. The collaborates closely with clients to elevate brand awareness, perception, and customer engagement, ultimately aiming to become an industry leader in the East African Region and beyond
Key Duties and Responsibilities: As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for;
- Prospecting and acquiring new customers through various channels
- Negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Managing and growing existing customer portfolios
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
