Job Summary:   We are looking for a Warehouse Officer who will be responsible for our system updates, order/dispatch lists, resolving dispatch issues, and assisting in stock takes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Your responsibilities will include receiving deliveries from suppliers using our Systems, processing orders, including shipping on the Systems and Trackers, and assisting in resolving dispatch queries from the field.
• Additionally, you will play a key role in the monthly stock-take cycle counts and reconciliation, monitoring stock levels, and initiating order replenishments as needed.
• You will also be tasked with monitoring reverse logistics processes to ensure proper adherence to procedures.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate for this role should possess a degree in Warehouse Management, Procurement, or Logistics, coupled with at least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in using Inventory Management Systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for this position so as to ensure effective data management and analysis of tasks.
