About Client:

Our client in the Energy Sector seeks to recruit a suitably qualified and results-oriented individual for the vacancy above.

Job Summary:   The Technical Service Advisor will be responsible for resolving complaints, communicating and supporting staff in the field and data collection.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing technical assistance with equipment operations, setting equipment parameters.
• Data collection, collation and manipulation through available IT systems
• Manages and maintains archive of company data, including ensuring that backups are created, maintenance of archive database, storage and retrieval of physical media for recent show archives
• Review vendor & stock paper work patterns to ensure compliance.
• Perform records entries as assigned and periodic reports
• Any other duties as required as commensurate to the post

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• One year of experience in a leadership role.
• Diploma in Electrical is a MUST.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office, database systems & familiar working electrical equipment.
• Highly motivated, strategic thinker with a strong record of achievement
• Ability to work under strict supervision and work under high-pressure.
• Good time-management skills
• Ready to work in shifts (Nights)
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work closely with team members
