Job Summary:  The Monitoring and Reporting Specialist will
report directly to the SDG Senior Technical Adviser to support the
implementation of SDGs currently located in Floor 4 room 2, OPM New building
but will shift to Third Floor old building when renovation is completed and
dotted reporting to Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist of UN Women.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

The consultant will
be task with the following deliverables:

·        
Support
the Secretariat in the implementation and monitoring of the SDG Roadmap,
including organization of engagement activities including workshops and other
events related to the Agenda 2030;

·        
Support
collection of necessary information and data for reports required at different
times;

·        
Support
regular update on SDG progress, including outcomes of SDG committee meetings
and Technical Working Groups to all Government and non-government entities;

·        
Participate
in drafting policy briefs, speeches, presentations and other documents.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·        
The
ideal applicant for the United Nations UN Women Monitoring and Reporting
Specialist job placement should hold an advanced university degree (Master’s
degree or equivalent degree) in business or public administration, information
management, economics, statistics, sustainable development, social sciences,
education or related area;

·        
A
first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of
qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university
degree;

·        
A
Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and evaluation is an additional advantage.

·        
At least
five years, of progressively responsible experience in providing strategic
support to research and data analysis, knowledge management or
project/programme management in the context of development cooperation or
related area is required.

·        
Knowledge
of English language is required;

·        
Knowledge
of any other UN Official language is an asset.
