Job Summary: The JDA Analyst will be responsible for all WMS Postings, Controls Inventory Loss risk and Exposure. Responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels in WMS for all Locations and SKU’s And Monitor Inventory Aging and Stocking levels for the Site.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- WMS vs Physical Stock Reconciliation
- Ensuring transactions are processed efficiently and accurately to meet client demands.
- Inventory Management SOP’s and Work Instructions for the Site
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of inbound stocks and out bound orders and share daily reports per JDA.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of non-conforming stocks from either inbound, warehouse damages.
- Ensure accurate pick listing of stocks using JDA.
- Ensure timely picked stock confirmations and share daily outbound report as per JDA.
- Ensure to use documents that are raised as per the Standard Operation Procedures
- Ensure bin locations accuracy is 99.9%.
- Ensure real time Alignment before operations start.
- Ensure adherence to FIFO and participate in FIFO audits.
- Participate in monthly stock counts.
- Responsible for all WMS Postings, Controls Inventory Loss risk and Exposure. Inventory Aging and Stocking levels for the Site
- Stock take Process accuracy according to the Agreed Client Standards
- Know the site rules and regulations and ensure that they are applied and adhered to
- Picking rates & Loading productivity
- Responsible for Maintaining all Site KPI’s Capture and Processing of reports.
- Key contact for client regarding WMS
- Responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels in WMS for all Locations and SKU’s And Monitor
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or any other related science course
- Two to three years of warehouse/logistics experience in different departments
- Certificate/diploma in Inventory Management
- Professional certificate in logistics
