Job Summary: We are searching for a responsible Service center advisor to assist the Service Center Manager in overall management of the service center through dual control implementation and daily operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive excellent customer service in service center
- Assist the Service Center Manager in overall management of the service center through dual control implementation and daily operations
- Handle customer problems, complaints and queries.
- Educate customers on products and services
- Escalate customer issues when needed
- Support companywide business initiatives at the Branch
- Ensure Service Standards are maintained at all times according to the blue print
- Supervise third party teams
- Support the SC Manager in operational activities in the store.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
- Manage manpower resources at the cluster with SCOM
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business related course, Social science or related field.
- At least three years in a service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Pays attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Capability and willingness to take responsibility
