Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and promote the company’s products and services.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of the company’s offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, forecast sales volumes, and track progress against targets.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A technical background in IT or computer science is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services, industry trends, and customer pain points.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate and close sales deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including digital marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant software applications.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.
