Job Summary: The Coordinator – Technology will proactively support Technology division in raising budget (Opex and capex) demands, coordinating activities with other departments, vendors and overall coordination of division activities as instructed by CTIO or SMs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Raise Opex and Capex Demands in Boost for technology division.
- Raise PRFs for Fibre relocations, Radio Frequency (RF) and Transmission (Tx) Adhoc works.
- Track and report on LPO process with Procurement for all Technology raised PRFs – CAPEX/OPEX (Procurement Technology Track).
- Manages and coordinates administrative tasks as and when assigned by Technology Senior Managers and CTIO.
- Record keeping, MR approvals and spare inventory verification.
- CAPEX – Capitalization/receipting in IFS/ BOOST for Technology.
- Accounts Payables – obtaining Authorization and Tracking payment of Technology invoices.
- Properly Manage Technology Opex and Capex reporting with weekly tracking
- Follow & consolidate PPOE’s for CAPEX approvals.
Managerial / Supervisory Responsibilities
- MTNU Quality Evangelist
- Guide and lead through persuasion to MTNU Management in determining quality and measurement possibilities going forward.
- Participate in continuous personal and department performance improvement activities.
- Manage the complexities of the interaction between the multitude of technologies and services.
- Ensure relevant skills development and training are available to all.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelors’ degree from a recognized University in any fields
- Project management approach such as Prince II or PMBOK

Work Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ prior work experience.
