Our total production area is about 11 hectares, and we work together with 600 colleagues every day to optimally serve our customers. Job Summary: We are looking for Human Resource Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing staffing needs, and conducting talent development programs.
- Oversees performance evaluations, legal compliance, and supports organizational development initiatives.
- Manage facilities operations, generates HR reports, controls budget, and leads the HR team.
- Promote positive and conducive working environment for everyone.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Degree in Human Resource Management or Social Science with a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in handling human resource and personnel administration issues in a large similar organisation.
- Thorough understanding of HR principles, best practices and current employment laws and regulations
- Extensive experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation, analytical skills
- Ability to learn fast and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
