Job Summary:   We are seeking committed, passionate, high-flying, qualified and reliable sales individuals to fill the vacant positions of Home Fixed Broadband Agents for our client.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Perform physical and online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
• Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
• Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.
• Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
• Keeps Sales supervisor informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related business fields from a recognized University
• At least one year working experience in sales industry.
• At least one year experience in sales and Marketing
• Should be computer literate.
• Good knowledge of sales and retail industry trends, best proactive retail and service principles.
• Flexibility and Agility in regard to working hours.
• Planning and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamwork
• Age between 20 -35 years.
