Job Title:    Sales and Marketing Agent (40 Fresher Job Vacancies)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• To generate sales leads,
• Make presentations which later convert into sales
• Achieve monthly set sales targets
• Advise customers on appropriate life assurance products.
• Do daily sales report and submit to the sales supervisor
• Client’s servicing to enhance customer retention.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Diploma in any related field
• Good customer skills, good negotiation skills, aggressiveness and result oriented.
• Background in sales is an added advantage

Remuneration

• Attractive commission
• Weekly incentive, Monthly and quarterly
• Retainer on achieved targets.
