Job Summary:   The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the team. This role will require a strong leader who can manage a team, develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and be able to balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day administrative tasks.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews, reference checks, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Manage team relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Administer and oversee team benefits and compensation programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date team records.

Admin and Facility Management:

  • Ensure the efficient operation of office equipment and systems.
  • Oversee office space planning and maintenance, including supplies, utilities, and security.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services.
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the organization.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Stay current with labor laws and regulations and ensure the organization’s compliance.
  • Handle legal matters related to HR and administration, as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and administrative information.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage the HR and admin budget.
  • Optimize resource allocation to meet departmental and organizational goals.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
