Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake all business development activities to ensure set sales
targets are achieved. - Recruit, develop and manage sales teams as guided by the sales
manager - Undertake any other responsibilities as may be guided from time to
time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The preferred candidate should be in possession of a bachelor’s
degree in any field or its equivalent - Experience in life insurance sales or sales of other financial
services will be of an added advantage. - Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional Interpersonal and business relationship skills
- Strong Analytical and management skills is a must
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
