Job Title:    Telesales Representative (Outbound) (Fresher Call Centre Jobs)

Job Summary:  The Telesales Representative (Outbound) will be required to upgrade existing M-Kopa Customers to products offered by the company, close sales, and maintain good customer relationships.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tele-selling: Calling our existing customers to upgrade them to Televisions and other products which the company has to offer
  • Conversation objectives: Responsible for ensuring the campaign achieves its conversions and objectives
  • Quality objectives: To ensure the quality of calling adheres to set quality standards
  • Talk time objectives: To adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold any Certificate or Diploma preferably
  • BPO Industry, captive call center industry experience
  • Sales skills and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent persuasive and convincing skills, result-oriented and self-driven
  • Exceptional work ethic and integrity
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and listening skills
